Manufacturing Process: The process begins with Zinc/Alu-Zinc-coated steel sheets, which undergo a treatment to eliminate surface impurities. A chromate coating is then added to improve surface quality, followed by a primer that bonds the steel surface with the final color, ensuring even and consistent coverage. After baking at high temperatures, the steel is ready for the application of the final color coat on both sides. Another round of baking, exceeding 200°C, guarantees the color’s durability and the steel’s overall performance.
We offer a wide range of coatings, including Modified Polyester (RMP), Super Durable Polyester (SDP), Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP), and PVDF, tailored to meet your specific requirements.
